Techniks CAT 40 CoolBLAST Shrink-Fit End Mill holder directs coolant where you need it.

Coolant-Thru end mill holders (above left) deliver coolant where you need it. These tool holders feature two innovative coolant paths, that run the length of the bore, evacuating around the shank of the tool. You get all the benefits of coolant-fed tools without the expense.
