Coolant Through Spindle or DIN B Coolant:  Take your Choice

CoolFLEX holders are factory set for coolant-thru spindle.  Simply remove stop screws for DIN B Coolant.  Plus get the collet chuck that's rated best in the market;

• Balanced to 25,000 rpm

• 0.0001" or better T.I.R. (total indicator runout) from taper to collet pocket

• Each holder is individually tested and lab certified for accuracy and balance

• Power Coat nuts hold up to 75% tighter

• Balanced to 25,000 RPM @ G2.5
• T.I.R.0.0001" runout or better from taper to collet pocket.
• Inspection report included with each holder detailing accuracy and balance.
• Mori-Seiki compatible.

Comes with "Power Coat" nut to increase the holding power and safety of your tool holders. High holding power extends cutting tool life and improves surface finish.

ER collet chucks handle a wide range of machining jobs without having to buy new tool holders. Simply choose the right size collet for the job, set tool depth, and tighten the collet nut and pull stud to the proper torque using a torque wrench and tightening fixure.

No need to buy both DIN B coolant and coolant-thru holders. CoolFLEX holders are factory set for coolant-thru spindle. Simply remove 2 screws for DIN B coolant.

Collets are available for: drilling, milling, coolant thru, and high-speed applications. Special “DNA” Dead Nuts Accurate collets are used for small drills (6mm and smaller) to maintain T.I.R. at those sizes.

Note: ER 16 and ER 20 tool holders come with hex nut standard. For slotted nuts simply ad SLOTNUT to the end of the part number.
