The workpiece is paletized and preset outside the machine, is transferred into the machine and then clamped securely in the reference position for your EDM operation.  By pre-setting the work outside the machine, machine utilization is improved and time is saved.

Above are examples of a workpiece (shown in blue) being clamped in a machine with multifunctional clamps.  Clamps may be purchased separately or in starter kits.  Click for basic starter kits.
