The Maxim III USB is a plug and play bench mounted dot peen marking system featuring a marking head and power supply that connects directly to a PC via USB. The PC is not included. It is an all electric system with no air required. The marking window is 4" by 3". It is lead screw driven to guarantee unmatched dot precision for the price and marks parts up to 63 HRC hardness. User friendly PC based MarkMaster™software is included.

Maxim III Software Features

Straight, Arc and Angular Marking.

Supports 5x7 and 7x9 Dot fonts, and Varidot font. Varidot fonts allow the user to select the spacing between the dots used to form the character.

Character heights range from 0.007" to 3" in 0.007" increments.

Time, Date, and Shift codes.

Automatic Serialization and variable insertion.

Adjustable marking depth can be different for every line.

Advanced Trial Run with stylus jog feature.

HPGL and DXF graphics.

Built in shapes such as circles, squares are included.

Marking area: 4" x 3" (100mm x 75mm)
