    Dapra Multidot 3000 C 100 100 (4"x4" Marking Window) Marking System or Dapra Multidot 3000 C 150 150 (6" x 6" Marking Window Marking SystemThe MultiDot 3000 features an all inclusive marking system with easy to use software. No air or PC is required. The system includes a sealed membrane keyboard and High Contrast LCD screen built into the controller. An optional external PC style Keyboard is available. -TCP/IP Ethernet network port

    -MarkMaster software allows the use of a PC instead of the embedded controller LCD menu system to control the marking system. The marking window 3.94" (100 mm) by 3.94" (100 mm). The system can mark parts up to 63 HRC hardness.

Multidot™ 3000 Marking Systems are electrically controlled units that utilize a tungsten carbide stylus to cold-form dots (spherical recesses) with low-stress, accurate, compressive force.

Dot Peen is a highly readable marking method that can be used to permanently mark parts with alphanumerics, logos, symbols and Data Matrix codes on most materials.

PB41400 Machined T-Slot Base.  A 0.59" (15 mm) thick base with two (2) M8 T-Slots centered on the column with a 6.25" (158.7 mm) center to center spacing. $ 695.00USD Ea.

PB03170 3000 Electronic Z Axis Kit.  Allows the Z axis movement to be controlled by the marking layout. For the Multidot 3000 marking system only. $ 1,400.00USD Ea.

PB03150 3000 Autosense.  Allows the marking surface to be detected and the gap distance set automatically to a programmed setting. Requires PB02175. $ 1,500.00USD Ea.

PB02050 Rotary Device.  For marking either radially or axially on diameters ranging from .000 to 4.00". Includes manual (3) jaw chuck with ID and OD step jaws. Weight of part cannot exceed 8 lbs.
