MagVISE Permanent Magnetic Blocks

Do you need faster workpiece load/unload times and custom set-ups?
If you say "YES", MagVISE Permanent Magnetic Blocks are for you!  MagVISE ECB permanent magnetic blocks easily create powerful arrays to hold large workpieces or gang multiple workpieces together in one set-up. No power required so parts remain securely positioned throughout the machining cycle.  The selection of 4 sizes allows access for 5 sides free for machining for any job.  Each block is complete with machinable soft jaws for work stops or custom fixturing.  Each block provides from 1,100 to 4,620 lbs of holding force.  An 8-up set-up provides 36,960 lbs of holding power.

MagVISE Permanent Magnetic Chucks
For faster machining center workpiece set-ups

MagVISE Electro-Permanent EEPM magnetic chucks are new for normal and heavy duty drilling, milling and boring operations on medium or large sized work pieces especially for machining centers.  EEPM magnetic workholding chucks drastically reduce set-up times while maintaining uniform holding power over the entire work piece.  Since work piece distortion does not occur, tool chatter is minimized and surface finish and tool life are improved

No electricity is needed to keep the EEPM chuck ON, & the magnet keeps on holding tight even during a complete power loss. EEPM electro-Permanent Magnetic Chucks are easily integrated with Pallet changing and FMS Systems.
