Preset Clamping Systems
Preset the workpiece conveniently away
from the EDM machine, even while the
machine is in production so no
production up-time is lost. This
assures the production piece is
aligned and held precisely and rigidly
and without the stress of lost
production between jobs.
The preset workpiece is then
transferred into the machine and
clamped securely in the reference
position for your EDM operation.
The F-Tool eliminates lost
machine time and improves set-up
efficiency by moving time-consuming
set-ups away from the machine.
By pre-setting the work outside the
machine and securing it accurately,
machine utilization is improved, time
is saved and machining accuracy is
